Fugro Chance positions for Horizon Offshore

Offshore positioning company Fugro Chance Inc. was recently contracted by Horizon Offshore to position a proposed pipeline
for Newfield Exploration Company at High Island A 355 in the Gulf of Mexico. Fugro Chance utilized its STARFIX.NAV® positioning system and
scanning sonar technology to assist Horizon to lay the pipeline in the proposed target box at start-up and lay-down. Fugro Chance has utilized
this successful combination of technologies for several recent projects for Horizon.
