Survey company Fugro announces recent additions and promotions to its professional staff

Paul Williams has joined Fugro Chance Inc. as Manager, Human Resources. Williams is a graduate of the University of
Houston and has over 25 years experience in Human Resources. He is also a past president of the Acadiana Society for Human Resources
Management.
Ryan DeVillier has been named Marketing Representative for John Chance Land Surveys, Inc. DeVillier is a graduate
of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and has a background in the construction industry. As marketing rep, DeVillier will coordinate
client calls, special events, and promotional planning.
Chris Gilfour has been promoted to Manager, Vessel Operations for the Patterson office of Fugro GeoServices, Inc.
Gilfour is responsible for all Patterson-based vessel operations which includes five offshore vessels and one inland vessel. Ms. Gilfour
has been with FGSI since 1996.
Larry Prewitt has been named Manager, Marine Development for Fugro Chance. Prewitt has over 30 years experience in
the offshore survey sector. He will direct the strategic development of marine operations, including business development.
Jim Latiolais, a 36-year veteran with Fugro Chance has been named Manager, Marine Logistics. He will direct and
coordinate field and logistics activities of the Marine "Call-Out" services.
Edwin Howard has been named Project Engineer for Fugro Chance’s Systems Engineering and Support Group. He will
provide engineering support for the company’s Marine Construction Group. Howard has been with Fugro for 10 years and holds a BS Degree
in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
