Marketing Coordinator

Duties/Responsibilites:
Provide marketing support to Fugro Chance Houston & Lafayette.
- Designing and producing customized marketing reports including submittal of
marketing info to monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Input customer information into Deltec CRM database.
- Track and assist compiling quarterly sales visit campaigns for division managers
on the basis of ensuring each customer has some level of regular relationship
management.
- Assist in compiling strategy plans for key customers.
- Assist in maintaining a process of follow through once opportunities are
identified.
- Create a portfolio of industry news outlets to be monitored. Ensure these are
reviewed regularly and reduced to a monthly ‘brief’ with details on O&G industry
and project information for others. (Newswires – Quest – Websites – Upstream
etc).
- Browse Linkedin.com and decipher information on FCI’s competition,
new/unfamiliar clients & vendors. Competitive intelligence search of other
media.
- Maintain lists of vessels in the construction market.
- Create/maintain social media ‘websites’– showing our conference attendance, new
technology/applications, published articles etc...
- Updating and organizing brochures and other printed marketing materials
including FCI division track records.
- Regularly update FCI website.
- Coordinate, promote company and participate at trade shows, hospitality suites
and company sponsored events (e.g. Clay shoots, MS150).
- Assist with organizing and promoting technical papers at trade shows.
- Coordination of preparation and production of graphics for updating of trade
show displays.
- Create and distribute FCI initiated technical bulletins for key clients – new
technology or FCI service updates.
- Collating, producing, editing, power point presentations to the Fugro standard.
- Create and update customer mailing lists.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor degree and two years’ related marketing experience and/or training or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to initiate and advance suggestions through entire process.
- Proficiency in use of office administration software and computerized accounting
software.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record.
